Reverend David Macha

David has been involved in education for most of his life. He has taught in secondary schools, teacher training college and university in this country and East Africa, and has spent the last 10 years in school Governorship in the local Wharfedale schools. With responsibility for the ethos of the schools and especially the distinctive nature of the church schools David spends a lot of time engaging with the school communities particularly with regard to Collective Worship.

Never happier than running on the fells, climbing mountains or putting a fly on the River Wharfe David is committed to the welfare of the local community and ensuring education flourishes here.
